LLC Timeline

If you’ve been keeping up with the podcast, you know that our recommended first step in building a legally protected business is filing your LLC! But.. what should you expect when you file?

It’s important to understand that the timeline for establishing your LLC can vary a lot by state, so we figured now would be a good time to go over the timeline you can expect when filing.

In this episode, we cover:

  • Filing approval takes 1-2 weeks, typically
  • Acquiring an EIN from the IRS
  • Creating Operating Agreements and Articles of Organization
  • Establishing Business bank account separate from your Personal bank account

We also discuss how you can get a FREE copy of “101 Tax Deductions for Business Owners” by Barbara Sheehan by using the code ANDREASAGER at checkout!
