What is the BOI Reporting Form?
The Beneficial Ownership Information reporting form is used by the Federal Government to identify information about the individuals who directly or indirectly own or control a company.
The 2021 Corporate Transparency Act established a beneficial ownership information reporting requirement by the U.S. Government. The BOI reporting requirement will help the U.S. Government to further legitimize business ownership in the United States.

Within 3-5 business days, after you complete the Legalpreneur Information Form, you will receive a FinCEN identifier as confirmation that your business’ beneficial ownership information report has been officially completed.
