If you’re a designer and wish to cancel your contract with a client, this is a good form to use to properly document everything. However, be sure to double check that you’re allowed to terminate your contract.

How to use this:
-“Download” or “Make a copy” of the template.
-Make sure to read through the entire contract before putting it to use.
-Change any provisions you would like.
-Change all highlighted portions.
