Frequently Asked Question: What is a Registered Agent?
In order to create your LLC, you’ll need to have a registered agent. If you don’t have one, that’s okay!! We can take care of it for you, with our Registered Agent Service add-on.
If you would like to use the Legalpreneur as your registered agent click here to add-on the Legalpreneur’s Registered Agent Service. When completing your LLC Information Form above, simply list the Legalpreneur Inc. as your registered agent.

The processing time for your LLC is roughly 5-10 business days after completing the Legalpreneur LLC Information Form. After your LLC is filed we will send you an EIN number and your Articles of Organization. You will need the EIN number for taxes and to set up a business bank account.
Filing your LLC with the Legalpreneur does not establish an attorney/client relationship, whereas filing your LLC with a law firm does. This means that throughout this process we are unable to provide you with legal advice.
Are you filing in New York, Nebraska, or Arizona?
Note: New York, Nebraska, and Arizona all require LLCs be published in newspapers before finalizing the LLC to notify the public of the formation. That publication comes with additional fees but it is all dependent on the newspaper’s individual pricing. We choose the newspaper based on the county the business is formed in. You will be invoiced for the amount requested by the newspaper after the filing of your paperwork.
