Limited Liability Company (LLC) Filings

Why do I need this? LLCs are extremely important for separating yourself from your business. An LLC ensures you are not personally responsible for any potential debts of your business. Sounds good, right?

How can the Legalpreneur help? Let’s make your business official and file for an LLC! It’s easy, painless, and will save you future headaches down the road.

What is the processing time? 5-10 business days upon completion of our Legalpreneur- LLC Information Form.

How is filing my LLC through the Legalpreneur different than filing my LLC with an attorney? All businesses have different needs.  When you file an LLC with a law firm the firm will file your LLC, provide you with an EIN #, provide you with an operating agreement template, as well as assist you with compliance.

Filing your LLC with the Legalpreneur does not establish an attorney/client relationship, whereas filing your LLC with a law firm does.

File your LLC with us for $250 + your state’s filing fees!

*Post-purchase, you will complete the Legalpreneur LLC Information Form that we need to file your LLC.  After you complete the Legalpreneur LLC Information Form, we will get your LLC filed and send you your EIN # to accompany your LLC documents.  You will need this EIN number for taxes and to set up a business bank account.

Note: New York, Nebraska, and Arizona all require LLCs be published in newspapers for 6 weeks before finalizing the LLC to notify the public of the formation. That publication comes with additional fees but it is all dependent on the newspaper’s individual pricing. We choose the newspaper based on the county the business is formed in. You will be invoiced for the amount requested by the newspaper after the filing of your paperwork.
